Friday, 06 August 2010 18:01 kendo: What Can You Do?... when it's 39 degrees c outside, it's half past 1 in the morning and you're in a transit lounge at Dubai International? You can put a mesage on the CB MessageZone, of course. So, to all you luck folk who played in the last couple of Ancaster Square performances, including the march from South Church Street, congratulations. I heard a little burst from each one over the airwaves in Chennai and it brought a tear to my eye (in a good way!) I can't wait to play with you all this Saturday at Loch Lomond Shores, what a great way to declare ones self at home!!! Wednesday, 04 August 2010 21:38 Guest: GoodbyeHey everyone, it's Richard. I'm sitting in the KLM Lounge at Amsterdam Airport waiting for the plane to Beijing, so I thought I'd just take this opportunity to say goodbye. It has been an absolutely fantastic experience playing with Callander Brass for the past 2 years, and I will never forget it. Apologies for not being at some of the more recent events - packing up the house took A LOT of time and effort, but we all know where I would've preferred to be. Best of luck for the future (of the Brass Band and of the individual members) and hopefully I will be able to come back as a guest player sometime in the future, just so that I can play along once more with such a fantastic brass band. I'll miss everyone a lot, but will definitely continue playing brass and try my best to reunite with CB in the future. Goodbye for now, then. Saturday, 31 July 2010 14:48 Donald: Welcome backWith Ken away I wouldn't expect a weather forecast. I guess it will be a turn up and see. Do you know if Lorna is back from holiday? She took Callum's shirt to have the badge put on but we are still waiting on it to be returned. Saturday, 31 July 2010 11:03 roger: On or Off?Hi Anyone know what the plan for this afternoon is? Drizzing here at the moment... Roger Saturday, 31 July 2010 10:33 kendo: Summer PerformanceWishing everyone at CB a great performance tonight.
