Callander Brass is a brass band, founded in Callander in August 2008

Callander Brass practices in Callander Primary School on Thursday evenings from 7.30 til 9.30 pm. Visitors are welcome to these practices, we only ask that you get in touch before hand to let us know that you plan on visiting. A training band also runs from 6.45pm on Thursday evenings. The aims of this band are to accommodate the large number of inexperienced players who have expressed an interest, to enable them to become involved in a band working at an appropriate level to encourage their personal instrumental development and to enable them to develop their ensemble playing technique.

Callander Brass is committed to provide every brass played with an opportunity to become involved. Learners will be provided with an instrument and tuition, and experienced players are encouraged to come and join in.
